Rachel is a Philadelphia, Harrisburg and Pennsylvania Tri-state area based communication professional with a passion for fashion and female empowerment.  As a native to the Capitol area, she recognizes the opportunity for both the city and fashion to flourish especially having lived in international cities such as London and Philadelphia. With an eye for trends as well as countless styling, writing and social media ventures Rachel hopes to expand her knowledge as a freelance fashion stylist and communications expert.  She also currently serves as the head of Public Relations on the director’s board for Harrisburg Fashion Week.
